Online Auction Terms and Conditions Snake River Auctions LLC

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all online auctions conducted by Snake River Auctions LLC.

By registering, bidding, or participating in any auction, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. 

1. Agreement to Terms By participating in any auction conducted by Snake River Auctions LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not participate in the auction.

2. Eligibility Participants must: 

Be at least 18 years of age

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

Provide accurate and complete registration information Snake River Auctions LLC reserves the right to refuse service, deny registration, or suspend bidding privileges at its discretion. 

3. Registration and Account Responsibility

To participate in auctions, bidders may be required to create an account.

Bidders agree
